NThe ideal candidate should have experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, preferably with a ₹30–50 Cr+ client book/AUM, and a proven track record of achieving business and investment targets. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Analyse equity markets,sectors, companies and macroeconomic trends to identify investment opportunities. N Provide well-researchedand suitable investment recommendations based on client objectives and risk profiles. N Advise clients across Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, REITs/InvITs and Alternative Investments. N Drive recent client acquisition through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship building. N Build, manage and expand HNI/UHNI client relationships and AUM. N Cross-sell and up-sell relevant investment products to existing clients. N Conduct portfolio reviews and provide market/investment insights. N Achieve AUM, revenue,



sales and client acquisition targets consistently. N Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients. N Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal investment teams. NnCandidate Profile Nn Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Equity Research, Portfolio Management or Financial Services. N ₹30–50 Cr+ existing client book/AUM exposure preferred. N Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and business targets. N In-depth knowledge of Indian equity and financial markets. N Strong understanding ofinvestment products and portfolio construction. N Strong sales, client acquisition and relationship management skills. N Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities. N MBA Finance / relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. N NISM/other relevant financial certifications preferred.
