including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure development signoff tests are completed on schedule.- Develop System Design Specifications incorporating engineering standards, test procedures and material specifications.- Lead Failure Mode Avoidance activities including DFMEA, quality history reviews and DFA/DFM reviews.- Ensuring all relevant documentation meets ISO quality standards.- Lead the resolution of design, attribute, or packaging incompatibilities through the appropriate cross-functional meetings.- Management of Supplier (s) to ensure system/component delivery to vehicle programme timing and attribute targets.- Support Purchasing team in Sourcing and RFQ activities including the creation of ESOWs, PDSs and ESIs.- Support vehicles launch and pre-production builds (both virtual and physical).- Ensuring the effective application of APQP to manage system/component delivery.- Ensure delivery of PSW, through planning from project start to sign off.- Follow and deliver company goals and strategies.- Ensure system, sub-system and components meets DVA, Optical and Perceived Quality targets.
