We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineerto join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of our enterprise applications.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience testingenterprise systems, web applications, and mobile applications, along with solid expertise intest automation using Playwright .ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensivetest plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts .Performfunctional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, usability, and non-functional testing .Test complexenterprise systemsinvolving multiple applications, services, integrations, APIs, and databases.Perform testing acrossweb and mobile applicationsand ensure consistent user experience across platforms.Build and maintain robustautomated test suites using Playwright .Identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and improve overall QA efficiency.Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business workflows to identify gaps and potential risks.Work closely withdevelopers, product managers, business analysts, and other QA engineersthroughout the SDLC.Create, manage, and track defects usingJIRA, including clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, severity, and supporting evidence.PerformAPI testingand validate integrations between systems and services.Performdatabase validation and backend testingusing SQL.Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, automation frameworks,



and best practices.Investigate production issues and support root-cause analysis where required.Skills3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing .In-depth experience working with and testingenterprise-level systems .Strong hands-on experience testingweb applications and mobile applications .Strong experience withPlaywright automationusingTypeScript .Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliableUI automation frameworks .Strong understanding offunctional and non-functional testingmethodologies.Hands-on experience withusability testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing .Strong experience withJIRAand defect/test management workflows.Good understanding ofAgile/Scrum software development methodologies .Experience withAPI testingusing tools such as Postman or similar.StrongSQL/database testingskills.Good understanding ofREST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and web technologies .Experience withGit/version control systems .Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand integrating automated tests into build/deployment workflows.Understanding ofSDLC and STLC, test strategies, defect life cycle, and QA best practices.Robust analytical, troubleshooting,
