and vMotion- Monitor VMware environment performance, health, and capacity- Troubleshoot issues related to ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, and networking- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to VMware components- Plan and implement capacity management and performance tuning- Support backup and recovery solutions (VM snapshots, VM-level backups)- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness- Maintain VMware documentation and architecture diagrams- Coordinate with storage, network, and backup teams for virtualization-related activitiesWindows Server Administration- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022)- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)- Perform user, group, and OU management- Administer Windows security policies, hardening, and compliance requirements- Patch and update Windows servers using WSUS or other patching tools- Monitor system performance, disk usage, logs, and service health- Troubleshoot OS-related issues, services failures, and startup problems- Manage file servers, print services, and shared resources- Configure and maintain RDP, firewall, and antivirus/endpoint protection- Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations for Windows servers.-15 years of Continuous Education.
