Executive Assistant cum HR Executive | 1–3 Years | ChennaiJob Type: Full-time | Permanent | OnsiteLocation: ChennaiAbout SoliqueSolique is a fast-growing consulting group providing Tax, Transaction, Regulatory, and Accounting solutions to Indian and Global MNEs.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant cum HR Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team while supporting key HR and people operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, appointments, and follow-ups.- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.- Support CEO with confidential administrative and personal requirements.- Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.- Support attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll coordination, and HR queries.- Assist with employee engagement, training, appraisal, and exit processes.- Support HR policies, compliance,
