Open also to candidates from the Philippines, South Africa, and JamaicaWhat You'll Do- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media — promptly and professionally- Assist customers with order questions, shipping updates, product information, and returns, using Shopify and Gorgias as your core tools- Deliver consistent, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards- Identify what a customer actually needs and provide thoughtful,
