Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About The Role

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Minimum experience of 5–6 years in Direct and Indirect Taxation with knowledge of Income Tax, TDS and GST regulations
- Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates
- Preparation of details for tax assessments
- Handling tax audits, departmental queries and tax notices
- Reconciliation of Form 26AS
- Preparation & filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
- Reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B
- Knowledge of advance tax.

- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Technical proficiency in industry-specific tools.

Managerial

- Leadership skills with experience in team coordination.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff members.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
