Job Summary

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete US IT recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, profile submission to clients/vendors, interview coordination, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand IT requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and rate.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Managers.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

- 3–5+ years of proven US IT Recruitment experience.
- Solid knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations such as H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card (GC), US Citizen, EAD, etc.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Business Analyst, etc.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work the US night shift.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
