Vashishtha Research is looking for a responsible and proactive candidate who is willing to be part of our growing team and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office administration, printing, scanning and documentation
- Maintain office inventory, supplies and records
- Collect and dispatch parcels and documents
- Visit banks, KSEB and other government offices for official work
- Arrange stamp papers and collect required documents
- Coordinate office maintenance and infrastructure activities
- Coordinate with contractors and service workers, assign tasks and follow up on completion
- Support facility and infrastructure work at our manufacturing unit
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree




- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Willing to take ownership and grow with the company
