Position: Outbound Retention Executive

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (approximately 10 minutes from Turbhe Railway Station)

Job Summary

looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join the Outbound Retention team. The role involves contacting existing customers, understanding their concerns, and offering suitable solutions to retain them while ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding account retention.

* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate retention solutions.

* Explain product features, benefits, and available offers to customers.

* Build positive customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

* Meet daily calling targets and retention goals.

* Accurately update customer interactions in the system.

* Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).





* Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Customer-oriented approach with convincing and negotiation skills.
