Responsibilities

- Develop and post job descriptions, and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates specializing in IT job profiles to fill company vacancies.

- Implement IT headhunting strategies informed by the latest industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.

- Robust technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and communicate IT sector job requirements.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong networking abilities.

- Experience using HR IT recruitment software and job boards.

- Ability to be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
