We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) to join our team. As a Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA), you will be responsible for leading Requirement workshops, project delivery and managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, business analysis, consulting, and extensive experience with Microsoft technologies. Additionally, the Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) should be ready to travel for short-term and long-term engagements as required.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their problem areas, requirements, and providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workshop strategy and plan, project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Act as the product/solution owner and take end to end responsibilities.




To serve as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the development team throughout the duration of a project.
Lead the requirement workshops with the stakeholders, draft business requirement document, functional specs, user stories and get sign off from customer.
Experience in drawing Use Case diagrams, business flow diagrams & UX designing.
Lead the demo sessions to clients and their stakeholders to capture feedback.
Engage in functional testing for the solution and be a gatekeeper of the product/solution quality.
Manage the UAT and Go Live phase with a close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize expertise in Microsoft technologies to architect and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
