Must Have
5-7 years of overall SAP experience.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Aftermarket and SAP CS (Customer Service).
At least 1 end-to-end SAP Implementation/Rollout experience.
Solid expertise in In-House Repair and External Repair processes.
Good understanding of Repair Business Scenarios, Repair Pricing, and Output Management.
Experience in Scrapping and Service Material Management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Experience working on cross-geography/global projects.
Exposure to multi-country SAP support or rollout engagements.
Knowledge of integration with related SAP logistics and service processes.
