Business Mandate
• Current turnover (FY26 target): ₹8 Cr
• Mandate: Scale Karnataka to ₹18–25 Cr in 24 months.

Role Objective
Drive UPS & Battery growth in Karnataka by
• Expanding dealer and SI network
• Cracking Bengaluru institutional & IT accounts
• Pushing higher-capacity and lithium-based solutions

Key Responsibilities
• Own Karnataka revenue targets and execution
• Develop Bengaluru + Tier-2 city coverage
• Handle IT,



institutional, and project sales
• Drive lithium and premium UPS penetration
• Build solid visibility with key accounts

Candidate Profile
Mandatory
• 10+ years UPS / power electronics sales
• Strong Karnataka & Bengaluru market exposure
• Experience selling to IT / institutional clients
• Proven regional leadership track record

Preferred
• Lithium/energy storage exposure
• Experience managing complex B2B deals
