WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Develop the entire automation solution life cycle, from intake through
development, debugging, testing, and implementation into production.
* Write documentation that follows the Reporting Center of Excellence’s
standards and governance.
* Review and ensure all developed automated solutions meet objectives and
guidelines by collaborating with the lead engineer.
* Build and review sustainability documentation for automated processes and
contribute to team training and professional development.




* Maintain and debug over 500 existing automation processes to ensure
consistent, accurate, and up-to-date operational rhythms.
* Lead recurring meetings with business collaborators, sharing functional and
technical expertise, identifying automation opportunities, and guiding
participants in setting up successful automation processes.
* Research and develop code to improve existing automations, focusing on faster
run times and innovative solutions.
* Support the Reporting Center of Excellence in driving forward strategic and
tactical implementation of automation solutions.
* Direct the development of automation solutions using Python, Blue Prism,
Power Automate, Co Pilot Studio, and other platforms to simplify repetitive
tasks.
* Conduct detailed reviews of automation code developed by team members,
providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with organizational
standards.
