RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure consistent sales productivity.
Source business through manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban
and rural markets. Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and
associates for sales programs. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for
smooth loan disbursement. Follow up on early delinquency cases and manage
