Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial Reporting

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 10 Years Post-Qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and group reporting under Ind AS.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and Schedule III.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and multi-entity consolidation.
- Manage month-end/year-end closing and plant-wise balance sheet reviews.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
- Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, CARO and applicable Ind AS.
- Drive process improvement and automation using SAP FICO / consolidation tools.

Preferred Profile:

CA with experience in manufacturing/electronics/automotive/consumer durables, preferably with multi-plant or multi-entity exposure. Solid Ind AS, consolidation and financial reporting experience required.
