deadlines and enrolmentVisa & ComplianceGuide students through visa documentation and filingAssist with visa objections / additional documentation when requiredStay updated on admission criteria, visa requirements, intakes and policy changesStudent Relationship ManagementBuild robust relationships with students and parentsConduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetingsAddress concerns professionally and ensure a smooth student experienceInternational & Partner CoordinationCoordinate with international university representatives and internal teamsParticipate in Global Education Fairs, webinars and university eventsRepresent Formee Express at relevant international education events and platformsCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate student/application recordsUpdate CRM regularly and track the complete student lifecycleWork towards agreed counselling, application and enrolment goalsWhy Join Formee Express?This is more than a traditional counselling role.
