The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing high-quality technical talent, understanding client requirements, and ensuring candidate authenticity throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role requires experience working with both direct clients and implementation partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Work with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.Validate candidate authenticity by thoroughly checking experience, project work,



and employment history.Ensure candidate alignment with client/vendor requirements and compliance standards.Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.Negotiate compensation based on market standards and candidate expectations.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and terminology.Proven experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.Hands-on experience with various visa types.Good knowledge of US tax terms:W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099.Ability to identify genuine candidate's vs fake profiles:Validate resumes through detailed questioning.Check consistency in employment timelines and technical skills.Verify communication skills and real-time problem-solving ability.Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Proven track record of successful placements in the US market.Experience managing vendor layers and client coordination.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Attention to detail and critical thinking.Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
