WE'RE HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER – TREASURY

Location: Bangalore (M G Road)

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Experience: 3–6 Years

Department: Finance – Treasury

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to manage day-to-day treasury and banking activities, cash management, Fixed Deposits, group-company loans, interest reconciliation and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Treasury & Banking operations
- Monitor bank balances and cash positions
- Handle Fixed Deposits (FDs) – creation, renewal, maturity tracking and closure
- Perform FD interest reconciliation
- Manage and reconcile group company / inter-company loans
- Handle loan interest calculations,



accruals and interest reconciliation
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end closing, including treasury entries, accruals and reconciliations
- Prepare Treasury MIS and reports
- Coordinate with banks and internal finance teams
- Maintain treasury documentation and support audits

Key Requirements:

- 3–6 years of hands-on Treasury experience
- Strong experience in Fixed Deposits & FD reconciliation
- Experience with group/inter-company loans
- Hands-on interest calculation and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation & cash management experience
- Month-end closing experience
- Positive Excel skills
- ERP/SAP exposure preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
