The role involves building vendor relationships, submitting consultant profiles to relevant requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful placements.Candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US IT staffing are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket available IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.Identify suitable job requirements for consultants through job portals, vendor emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks.Maintain and develop strong relationships with US staffing vendors and clients.Submit consultant profiles for relevant requirements.Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, feedback,



and closures.Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.Coordinate interview schedules between consultants and clients.Maintain regular communication with consultants on the bench.Update consultant resumes based on market requirements where necessary.Maintain daily submission reports and consultant tracking sheets.Work on multiple consultant profiles and technologies simultaneously.Build and maintain an active vendor database.Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand market demand.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.Required Skills0–5 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or related roles.Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.Good verbal and written English communication skills.Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.Understanding of the US IT staffing industry will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of US employment types such as C2C, W2, and 1099.Basic understanding of US visa categories such as H1B, GC, USC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, OPT, and CPT will be preferred.Ability to build vendor and client relationships.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Comfortable working in the US shift.Knowledge of LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other US job portals will be an advantage.Who Can ApplyFreshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experienceMale and Female candidatesCandidates with robust communication and negotiation skillsCandidates interested in US IT staffing and salesCandidates willing to work onsite in NoidaCandidates comfortable working in US shift timingsImmediate joiners will be preferredJob LocationNoidaExperience: 0–5 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: OnsiteShift: US Shift
