About the Role

India Infrastructure Publishing is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth for our conferences and events business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities through prospecting, research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Sell conference participation, sponsorships, branding, and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Operations teams for seamless event execution.
- Track sales pipeline, performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent client servicing before, during, and after events.
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships.





What We're Looking For

- Graduate/Post Graduate/PGDM
- min 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in conferences, events, media, or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development and lead-generation abilities.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
