The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent across various technologies while working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based IT requirements.Work closely with Implementation Partners and System Integrator accounts such as:Tech MahindraWiproBrillioCoforgeInfosysTata Consultancy Servicesand other leading implementation partners.Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract (C2C, W2) and Full-Time opportunities.Recruit for niche and emerging technology skill sets including Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications.Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies to identify passive and active candidates.Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.Validate candidate availability, work authorization, location preferences, compensation expectations, and project experience.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, offer negotiation,
