About the Role – Implementation Specialist

As an

Implementation Specialist , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end implementation of GST products.Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment.Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.Track project timelines, documentation, risks,



and client issues.Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.Visit client locations as required.

Key Skills & ExperienceStrong client-facing and communication skills.Hands-on experience in

GST return filing and/or indirect taxation .Understanding of

APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation .Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.Customer-focused approach with solid ownership and execution skills.Willingness to travel as required.
