The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent, autonomous automation solutions that integrate enterprise systems, cloud services, and AI-driven decision-making capabilities. This role requires a blend of RPA excellence, cloud-native engineering, enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent business process automation.nnSkills & Responsibilities:nn Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)n Implement REFramework, Dispatcher/Performer models, and reusable automation components. REFramework and enterprise-grade automationn Integrate UiPath bots with AI services, APIs, databases, and cloud platformsn Optimize bot performance, scalability,



and reliability across environmentsn Perform code reviews, exception handling, logging, and bot monitoringn Develop Bots on AWS Cloud and its integrationsn Follow enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and audit practicesn Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and error-handling mechanismsn Maintain proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD pipelinesn Understanding of latest UiPath Tools/Modules/Features/Landscape: e.g; AI Center / Document Understandingn Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for automation, AI agents, and cloud servicesn Develop microservices, APIs, and background workers supporting automation workflowsn Implement asynchronous processing, multiprocessing, and event-driven patternsn Write unit tests and follow best coding practicesn Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesn Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsn Ability to work independently and lead complex automation initiativesn Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practicesnnn
