Role: Global Head - Studio & Resourcing Operations

Location: India (Remote working until further notice)

A Little Bit About the Role:

The Global Head for Resourcing & Operations has overall responsibility for
ensuring that there is adequate and capable resource/talent capacity to meet
required levels of service and for ensuring that customers are correctly advised




on how to match capacity and demand (forecasting), and to ensure the use of
existing capacity is optimized. The Global Head for Resourcing & Operations
sponsors the capacity management process and has the responsibility for the
overall process results. They set the vision, process and plan to deliver the
department's OKRs and are responsible and accountable for reviewing the
department's structure and defining its resourcing requirements for the future.
The Global Head for Resourcing & Operations is also the owner of the entire
department performance and accountable for the KPIs of the department.

planning vision, strategy and processes to aid and improve operational
performance and setting targets and goals to achieve in the discipline

* Own and set the vision, process and delivery plan for capacity mana
