Employment Type: Apprenticeship – 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month

Job Responsibilities

- Drive EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs terminals at assigned merchant outlets.

- Visit mapped retail stores and work closely with store staff and sales teams to increase EMI transactions.

- Explain available EMI offers, schemes, and financing options to customers.

- Encourage eligible customers to choose EMI as a payment option during purchases.

- Assist store staff in identifying and converting potential EMI customers.

- Ensure maximum utilization of Pine Labs terminals for EMI transactions.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly EMI transaction targets.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and merchant partners.

- Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve EMI business.

- Share market feedback, competitor offers, and customer/merchant challenges with the reporting manager.

- Maintain daily visit, transaction, and performance reports.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Diploma

- Experience: Freshers can apply

- Mandatory: Candidate must have a bike and valid driving licence (DL).

- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Benefits
