Intern - Consumer Marketing
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 4 months, full time

About the role
Smytten publishes content at scale. Roughly 500 blogs a month, brand partner integrations, and a creator community producing thousands of pieces of content. This role keeps that machine running. It is high volume, detail heavy, and process driven. You will not be writing think pieces. You will be making sure a large content operation ships on time and ships correctly.

What you will do:
Blog and SEO operations

- Coordinate monthly blog production, track status from brief to publish, and keep the pipeline moving

- Run keyword research and build keyword sheets using SEMrush, Google Trends and Search Console

- Quality check blogs before publish: structure, headings, meta, internal links, product links, formatting

- Pull weekly and monthly performance data from Search Console and GA4 into reporting sheets

- Flag underperforming content and support optimisation of existing blogs

Brand partnership support

- Track brand integrations across live content and verify links,



mentions and placements are accurate

- Assist in building brand performance reports with clean, verified numbers

Creator content operations

- Review and sort incoming creator content against defined criteria

- Maintain creator trackers, shortlists and content logs

- Support creator programme execution and coordination

What we are looking for

- Final year student or recent graduate. Any discipline

- Basic understanding of SEO. Familiarity with AEO and GEO is a plus, not a requirement

- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel. Formulas, filters, pivot tables

- Solid attention to detail. This role involves catching small errors across large volumes

- Organised and able to manage repetitive, high volume work without dropping quality

- Willing to learn tools on the job

Nice to have

- Prior internship in content, SEO or digital marketing

- Exposure to Search Console, GA4 or SEMrush

- Interest in beauty, personal care or D2C
