Job Description – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business and client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting defined turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.

Understand job requirements, candidate profiles, skill sets, experience, and client expectations.
-
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies based on hiring requirements.
-
Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming positions.
-
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
-
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, ATS, databases, and other relevant channels.

Conduct detailed resume screening against defined job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess:

Communication skills

Relevant experience
-
Technical/functional suitability
-
Attitude and coachability
-
Salary expectations
-
Notice period/availability
-
Overall role fit
-
Maintain an active talent pool for recurring and critical requirements.
3. Interview Management
-
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and clients.
-
Ensure candidates are adequately briefed before interviews.
-
Track interview schedules and candidate movement through each recruitment stage.
-
Follow up with stakeholders for timely interview feedback.
-
Communicate interview outcomes and next steps to candidates professionally.
4. Candidate Experience & Offer Management
-
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-
Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-offs.
-
Coordinate salary discussions and offer-related communication.
-
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
-
Track offered candidates until their date of joining.
-
Maintain regular engagement with candidates during the notice period.
5. Recruitment Metrics & TAT
-
Manage hiring requirements within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
-
Track key recruitment metrics such as:

Profiles sourced
-
Profiles screened
-
Interviews scheduled
-
Interview-to-selection ratio
-
Offers released
-
Offer acceptance
-
Joining ratio
-
Time-to-fill
-
Candidate drop-offs
-
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Provide regular recruitment pipeline and status updates to management.
6. Stakeholder & Client Coordination
-
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
-
Coordinate with client-facing teams for client-specific hiring requirements.
-
Clarify role expectations, selection criteria, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
-
Share suitable candidate profiles with stakeholders within agreed timelines.
-
Coordinate client interviews and ensure timely closure of feedback.
-
Build strong working relationships with hiring stakeholders.
7. Recruitment Process Improvement
-
Identify gaps in the existing recruitment process and recommend improvements.
-
Improve sourcing strategies based on hiring trends and role requirements.
-
Maintain standardized recruitment documentation and workflows.
-
Support ATS optimization and recruitment process automation.
-
Contribute to improving candidate quality, hiring TAT, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Experience handling multiple positions and high-volume recruitment will be preferred.

Experience in BPO, ITES, outsourcing, or client-facing recruitment will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.
-
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets/TAT.
