Roles and Responsibilities Required:

Understanding client requirements, convert them to product requirements, provide walk through for development and QA teams

Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring customer needs are understood and effectively translated into product requirements

Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliation and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis

Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations

Preparing and maintaining important financial reports

Evaluating financial operations and recommend best practices, identify issues, and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently

Work with design teams to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and journeys; Serves as the voice of the customer. Work to define features that solve customer pain points.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels in the organization





Collaborate with product management, development, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyse customer feedback.

Preferred:

Write user stories and maintain an up-to-date product backlog, roadmaps and project plans Plan and prioritize sprints and work with the team to ensure that sprint goals are met

Job Pre-Requisites:

Required:

MBA or other Master’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in engineering, product, and/or program management. (Finance and Accounting Domain)

Experience of handling a B2B or enterprise product - Finance and Accounting application

Experience of accounting principles such as ledger, balance sheet, account receivables etc is preferred

3+ years of stakeholder’s management experience.

Preferred:

Experience in managing multicultural teams.

Robust, self-driven leader with demonstrated ability to proactively drive, manage

Familiarity with common Project Management tools for sprint planning roadmaps, analytics, and tracking, etc.

Strong understanding of mobile, web technologies, and industries

Strong business sense and ability to create, communicate and achieve product vision.
