Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Prospect into assigned healthcare accounts and target
organizations.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling,
email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and other approved channels.

• Follow assigned account and contact lists while
identifying additional opportunities within target accounts.

• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.

Qualification & Meeting Generation

• Qualify prospects against established Ideal Customer
Profile (ICP) criteria.

• Identify business challenges, decision-making processes
and potential opportunities.

• Engage and build relationships with C-suite and
executive stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Practice Administrators,
Revenue Cycle Leaders and Operations Executives.

• Deliver introductory presentations and articulate the
organisation's value proposition.

• Address initial questions, objections and concerns from
prospects.

• Schedule qualified meetings and teleconferences for
Sales Executives, VP – Business Development or leadership team members.

Sales Process Execution

• Follow approved sales scripts while adapting




conversations naturally to prospect needs.

• Execute consistent follow-up sequences to maximize
engagement.

• Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities,
conversations and next steps.

• Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Maintain complete and accurate activity tracking in
HubSpot, Salesforce or other designated CRM platforms.

• Submit daily activity updates and call reports at end
of shift.

• Provide weekly pipeline, meeting and performance
reports to the Team Leader.

• Participate in start-of-shift and end-of-shift scrums,
one-on-ones and coaching sessions.

• Track progress against established KPIs and sales
objectives.

Compliance & Data Handling

• Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, information security and
internal compliance requirements in all prospect communication and data
handling.

• Comply with U.S. outbound calling and email regulations
and approved outreach cadences.
