Hiring | Principal – Direct Tax & Litigation

We are hiring for a Principal – Direct Tax & Litigation position with a leading Advisory Firm in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Strong experience in Direct Tax & Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex Direct Tax advisory and litigation assignments
• Handle assessments, appeals, notices and tax disputes
• Draft and review submissions, opinions, appeals and technical tax documents
• Represent/assist clients before CIT(A), ITAT and other tax authorities
• Provide advisory on Corporate Tax, International Tax and tax planning matters
• Conduct detailed research on tax laws, judicial precedents and regulatory developments




• Manage client relationships and independently handle assignments
• Lead, mentor and guide junior team members
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Qualified CA
✔ Robust hands-on experience in Direct Tax Litigation & Advisory
✔ Excellent drafting, analytical and research skills
✔ Experience in handling assessments and appellate matters
✔ Strong client management and communication skills
✔ Ability to independently manage complex assignments and lead teams
