Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with existing customers, inform customers about products and offers, and generate sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Follow up on leads, orders, and pending inquiries.
Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions.
Maintain customer records and call details.
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales/store team for customer requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
Skills Required:
Good communication, confidence, basic computer knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.
