We are looking for an energetic Travel Sales Executive to handle high-intent inbound leads, understand customer travel requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert warm inbound travel leads into bookings.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
- Recommend and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations covering hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and inclusions.
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Update lead status, sales pipeline, and activities in CRM.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, Travel Consulting, or Travel Operations.
- Strong knowledge of popular international and domestic destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is an advantage.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, quotation tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
