serves clients across Technology, Payments, Life Sciences, and Industrials
sectors, and our Advisory Team sits at the center of it all.

GLG is seeking an Associate based in Gurugram, India to be the operational
engine that powers the bespoke, qualitative engagements for our global corporate
client base including focus groups, advisory boards, workshops, online
discussion boards, site visits, product/UX labs, and more. In this role, you
will be the backbone of engagement delivery. You'll work in close partnership
with US-based client-facing teams and own the logistics that make every project
run smoothly.





SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

* Own end-to-end logistics for bespoke, qualitative engagements, focus groups,
advisory boards, workshops, online discussion boards, site visits, and
UX/product labs, working in close partnership with GLG's US-based
client-facing teams to ensure flawless delivery for our global corporate
clients
* Manage all confirmations, itinerary communications, and pre-engagement
reminders to ensure participants are prepared and on time
* Coordinate and manage travel for participants as needed, including flights,
trains, hotels, and ground transportation
* Source, coordinate, and manage vendors across in-person and virtual formats
globally, building relationships and troubleshooting issues before they reach
the client team
* Support negotiation of expert fees and vendor costs to protect project-level
profitability
* Build and maintain detailed status trackers, project timelines, and logistics
