Globetrek Expedition is looking for a Tele-Caller to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi.
If you're a fresher looking to start your career in travel and want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this is your chance to learn on live client calls from day one.
What you will do:
◆ Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries
◆ Understand client requirements and pass on qualified leads
◆ Follow up on leads and keep client conversations moving forward
◆ Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes
◆ Coordinate with the team so no enquiry goes unanswered
What we are looking for:
◆ Good communication skills in Hindi and English
◆ Confidence on calls and comfort speaking with new people
◆ Willingness to learn fast in a high-growth environment
◆ Based in Delhi and able to commute to Dwarka daily
