What you can look forward to as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):
* Drive proactive customer engagement through leadership alignment, early need
identification, and strong promotion of ZF Product Solution
* Business Case preparation & Approval from ZF Management
* Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal & win business maintaining profitability
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build lasting
rapport.
* Manage system-driven order processes, including Navision sales order
approvals and price updates
* Lead Acquisition for new RFQ’s, fulfil all customer documentation for new
RFQ’s (e.g. NDA, Cost breakdown, Supply agreement etc)
* Prepare Sales & Operational Plan to drive Business,
Your Profile as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):
* Engineering with minimum 12+ years experience with deep understanding of New
Business Acquisition
* Planned promotional activities such as exhibitions, experience days, tech
days, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence.
* Work closely to plan customer visits, travel schedules, and targeted
marketing strategies for account development.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication
