Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Building engineering from a recognized university or collage. Work experience of more than 15 years in all facets of plant structural engineering and design of stick-built /module (onshore and offshore) including more than 6 years in engineering design of onshore & offshore structures and at least 3 years for fab yard support / procurement support in international large Oil & Gas / petrochemical projects; modular design experience is necessary

1. Complete the work as a structural Lead engineer of Piperack, equipment supporting structure, shelter, platform, miscellaneous support & UG facilities for oil refinery projects, LNG plant projects, and/or gas processing plant projects.
2. Asst Lead Engineer capability (Deputy to Structural LE) where required
3. Engineering Checker capability for large Oil & Gas / petrochemical facilities
4. Prepare design specification, standard drawing, work instructions and procedures.
5. Structural analysis as per relevant international codes and/or project specifications/guidelines

Control design status and schedule for structural activities
7. Control cost (manhour and BQ) for structural activities
8. Check engineering subcontractor’s products (3D model, MTO data, design drawing, calculation notes and foundation loading data etc.)
9. Steel Procurement coordination and module yard coordination – proposal phase & EPC phase
10. Review vendor’s drawing and other disciplines drawing
11. Review 3D model and coordinate structural layout with other disciplines and engineering subcontractors to avoid clash.
12. PJ coordination in terms of structural engineering with client, other disciplines, piping and structural layout engineers, , construction team, engineering subcontractors etc...
13. Coordination design changes with other disciplines, engineering subcontractor to minimize impact.
14. Communication and coordination with steel fabricators, construction subcontractor and engineering subcontractors
