Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

The role combines ServiceNow architecture, enterprise integration, digital transformation, and Agile delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Architecture & Platform Leadership

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical viability of proposed ServiceNow initiatives.

Design migration strategies for transitioning workflows from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.

Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with enterprise architecture, technical standards, security, and business objectives.

Provide architectural guidance and promote standardization across ServiceNow implementations.

Support ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions and related business processes.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for ServiceNow delivery teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:

Sprint Planning

Daily Stand-ups

Sprint Reviews

Retrospectives

Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Ensure user stories are clearly defined and ready for sprint execution.

Identify and remove delivery impediments and escalate organizational blockers when required.
