Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Officer specializing in used tractor financing.
This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the agricultural financing segment by building and maintaining robust relationships with customers seeking financing solutions for used tractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural equipment market, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies. This position requires proactive engagement with customers, dealers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless loan processing and contribute to the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric service.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers interested in financing used tractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct detailed credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants in accordance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
