JOB OBJECTIVE

Writer Corporation, Mumbai-headquartered global business group with presence in 6 countries, is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Saa S Sales Lead for our Relocations business unit to spearhead our B2 B SAAS software, sales growth and scale our revenue pipeline for Relocations business unit. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales

strategy from pipeline generation and demo presentation to contract negotiation and closing. You will work closely with digital leadership, growth head, marketing team, and product & tech teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full sales cycles from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification through contract negotiation and closing. Build, manage, maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline to hit/exceed ARR targets. Deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations to key decision-makers (C-Suite, VPs, Directors). Map out prospective account landscapes and identify strategic growth opportunities within target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).



Partner with Marketing to develop targeted outbound campaigns, pitch-decks, and battle-cards. Optimize sales playbooks, objection-handling strategies, and outreach cadences. Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points, workflows, and business goals. Present complex pricing models, security disclosures, and tailored proposals. Manage legal/procurement reviews, vendor onboarding forms, and security assessments to streamline closing. Act as the voice of the prospect to Product & Engineering teams to share feature requests, market trends, and competitive insights. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handover and onboarding post-sale. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
8 - 10 years of total B2 B sales experience, with Engineering or Automation background and around 5 + years specifically selling B2 B Saa S software. Robust background in structured sales frameworks ( MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, or SPIN Selling). Prefe
