Job Description: Lead Generation Executive
nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to help build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects. You will be responsible for identifying the right companies and decision-makers, researching prospects, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable with online research, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and working with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers based on defined target industries, company sizes, locations, and other criteria.n
- Find relevant decision-makers and key contacts within target companies.n
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists with company and contact information.n
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, Google, CRM platforms, and lead-generation databases for prospect research.n
- Verify and validate prospect information, including email addresses, job titles, company details, and phone numbers.n




- Conduct market and account research to identify current prospecting opportunities.n
- Segment and prioritize leads based on ICP, industry, job role, company size, and buying potential.n
- Support the sales team by providing qualified and relevant leads.n
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets.n
- Track lead-generation activities, productivity, and lead quality.n
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.n
- Continuously improve prospecting methods and data quality.n

nRequirements

- n
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, B2B prospecting, data research, inside sales, or a similar role .n
- Well-versed with the North American Marketn
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online research techniques .n
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccurate or duplicate data.
