nKey Roles & Responsibilities
nDevelop and execute business strategies for European markets to drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share .
nIdentify, appoint and manage distributors and dealers across Europe , building solid channel relationships.
nManage Europe P&L;, pricing, commercial negotiations, budgeting and profitability .
nIdentify new business opportunities and drive market expansion and new market development .
nPrepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies .
nWork closely with R&D; and Product Management to develop products aligned with European market requirements.
nSupport product launches, exhibitions and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.




nEnsure strong after-sales service, warranty support and customer satisfaction .
nEnsure compliance with European regulations, certifications and homologation requirements .
nMonitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide strategic insights.
nCollaborate with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Service, Quality and Legal teams to drive business growth.
nIdeal Profile
n✅ 10+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development
n✅ Strong European market exposure
n✅ Experience in Distributor & Dealer Network Management
n✅ Experience in P&L; and business development
n✅ Exposure to European regulations and homologation is an advantage
n✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (50–70% )
