nTake Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.n
nKey Responsibilitiesn
n• Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projectsn
n• Generate and convert leads into successful closuresn
n• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visitsn
n• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable propertiesn
n• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clientsn
n• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsn
n• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teamsn
n• Build and maintain strong client relationshipsn
n• Update CRM and maintain sales reportsn
nKey Skills Requiredn
n• Solid communication and negotiation skillsn




n• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilitiesn
n• Good understanding of the real estate sales processn
n• Target-oriented and result-driven approachn
n• Proficiency in CRM and MS Exceln
nExperience Requiredn
n• 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Salesn
n• Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferredn
n• Candidates from the Real Estate industry onlyn

nMonthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000n
