nQUALIFICATION & SKILLS FOR THE JOB

- n
- Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (HVAC/Electrical)n
- Minimum Relevant work experience : 12-15 years in commercial/Office bldgsn
- Exposed to Development comprehensivelyn
- Good Project management & Construction management skillsn
- Positive communication skills, Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office etcn
- People management skillsn
- Vendor management skillsn
