The Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for collaborating on and implementing innovative HR solutions that prioritize employee engagement, satisfaction, user experience, and productivity. You will be a valued partner and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product features and strategies. This role will initially focus primarily on Deel, supporting global payroll, time off and time-tracking processes. It will also support other core HR platforms, including UKG Pro, iCIMS and TalentQuest, by delivering enhancements and resolving system issues. The successful candidate will own assigned technical changes through their full lifecycle, working with key stakeholders through to completion.
