nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Manager — Oil & Gas to drive market expansion and revenue growth in the assigned region. The role focuses on developing recent business, strengthening key customer and channel relationships, and building a strong project pipeline in the Oil & Gas segment, including refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries.



The candidate will own the complete business development cycle — from market strategy and opportunity creation to order closure — while working closely with cross-functional teams and, where applicable, guiding the sales team to achieve business objectives.

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Oil & Gas segment in the assigned regionn
- Drive revenue growth, order intake, and market share expansion in refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industriesn
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partnersn
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry influencersn
- Develop and manage the channel partner and distributor networkn
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, shutdown opportunities, and plant expansion plans to build a healthy project pipelinen
- Work closely with major consult
