Department Overview
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead, design, and optimize automated
infrastructure platforms across on-premises and multi-cloud environments (Azure & GCP).
In this senior individual contributor role, you will champion an automation-first and continuous-
optimization mindset—building resilient deployment pipelines, automating enterprise platform
services, and modernizing infrastructure configurations. While operating primarily as a hands-on
technical expert, you will also mentor engineers, guide architectural discussions, and drive




operational excellence across team projects.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Automation Design
● Design and implement scalable, resilient, and automated platform architectures across
on-premises enterprise datacenters, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
(GCP).
● Lead the design of infrastructure automation pipelines, configuration management
workflows, and environment orchestration using an automation-and-optimization
approach.
Configuration Management & Deployment
● Develop, standardise, and manage infrastructure playbooks, roles, and automation
workflows using Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (Automation
Controller / AAP).
● Oversee end-to-end on-premises infrastructure deployments, hybrid cloud integrations,
and migration strategies.
● Manage structured configuration datasets using YAML, XML, JSON, and setting-
specific parameters across disparate platforms.
