Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Technical Sales Skilled to drive sales and business development across the Delhi NCR territory.

Candidates with experience in Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing, Adhesives, Sealants, Insulation, Building Materials, or other allied technical products are preferred. Experience in PU Foam is not mandatory.

The candidate should have strong exposure to technical sales, customer handling, business development, project sales, and industrial/construction applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B technical sales and business development across the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities across construction, waterproofing, insulation, refrigeration,



automotive, furniture, footwear, and other relevant applications.
- Identify and develop new customers, markets, projects, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, project customers, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical/product solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits and generate new leads within the assigned territory.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, quotations, and customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for product demonstrations, trials, and technical support.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirement
