The MIS Specialist will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and delivering key management reports to support decision-making in the General Insurance business. This role involves data management, report automation, process improvements, and collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:

Report Creation: Generate and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business metrics (sales, claims, renewals, etc.).

Data Management: Ensure accurate data collection, cleansing, and maintenance for reporting.

Analysis: Monitor KPIs, provide insights, and support business decisions.

Process Improvement: Optimize MIS processes and implement recent tools for better efficiency.

Collaboration: Work with different teams (Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to meet reporting needs and troubleshoot issues.
